Let's begin...

I've started running so many times now that I've lost count however I'm 35 now and fed up of bring obese and relatively unfit. I can go out walking, enjoying my hobby geocaching, but I'm slow and it wipes me out for the following day. I look with envy at the runs posted on the Run Mummy Run Facebook group I belong to and there's a cool ultra nearby with an awesome medal that I'd love to be say is mine. So I've signed up for the Royal Parks half marathon, started a plan on My Asics and run my second run. Tomorrow I intend to reduce sugar intake and ensure my weight never passes 14 stone again! This jelly belly needs to hit the road!
